Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your enrolment, the following refund policy applies based on how far in advance you notify us:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to booking@sriezaayogshala.com. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice.

We understand plans can change — we offer flexible rescheduling within the following terms:

1st RescheduleFree of Charge

You may reschedule your course once at no extra charge, provided you notify us at least 14 days before the start date.

No fee, minimum 14 days notice

2nd RescheduleAdministrative Fee Applies

A second reschedule request incurs a small administrative fee of ₹2,000 INR or $25 USD for international students.

In the rare event that we need to cancel a program, we will take full responsibility:

You will receive a full refund including the registration fee — no deductions whatsoever.
Alternatively, you may transfer to any other available batch at absolutely no extra cost.
We will notify you as early as possible by email and WhatsApp in the event of such a cancellation.

We take our commitments very seriously. Such cancellations are extremely rare and only occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If you do not arrive on your scheduled start date without prior notice, the following applies:

Your registration fee will be forfeited in full.
No refund will be issued for any amounts paid.
No rescheduling will be offered after a no-show.

If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us on WhatsApp or email before your start date — we will always do our best to help.
